Hearts of Hope welcomes all who have lost or anticipate the loss of a loved one and are interested in working toward intentional healing.  Those who join may be new to the grief journey, or have been on the journey for an extended period of time.  Because this process is unique to each individual, the best time to join this ministry is when one feels ready to move forward with life.
Hearts of Hope is open to anyone, regardless of religious affiliation or church membership status.  The groups meet monthly, knowing that members will always have meetings available to them because there is no set number of sessions in this ministry.  

Monthly meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. or 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in St. Agnes Hall at St. Lawrence. (The building directly behind the church. Use side entrance off the alley.)
